Nope.

Yes -- hacksaw, or whatever.  Just watch out;  don't let any filings get
into the pot.

Mailorder & online, yes (hundreds of places... Mouser, DIGI-KEY, etc);
walk-in places like Rat-Shack, well -- that depends on where you live.
