[sdiy] Suboctave using 4013; triggering problem

I'd try just using some small pF cap on the output of the LM311... (no
resistor)

Try positive feedback on the LM311...

Make sure pins 5&6 of the LM311 are tied together as the data sheets
say in fine print.

Make sure that LM311 is decoupled very well near the chip.

Try another brand 4013
