the schematic is being hosted at

there are resistor values scrawled across the side -- i was listing
what i needed to buy; disregard them.
it's a photocopy from a book (called 'electronic circuits manual', i
think) from the late 70's that i found in the local library; thus, i'm
not sure as to its legality.
