According to my reference, a 2n3102 is a 110 AMP, 900 volt SCR or TRIAC.
Man, that is gona be some VCO....
The 2n3415 is a pretty much normal NPN, for that you can use just a plain
old 2n3904.
If the schematic is posted somewhere, I am sure there are plenty of people
here who can suggest a replacement for the one strange one. Either my reference
is wrong, or one of the numbers in that part number is wrong.
