You might try this trick:

Put a THIN wire under the IC, solder one side to the PCB.
Now pull the wire gently on the non soldered side.
At the same time heat the pin(s) on the side of the IC where you are holding
the wire.
Then pull the wire so it will skip under the leads.

Repeat for all sides.
Watch out for the last pins, they will bend easily.
