As someone else said, download the graphics file first then try this:

"Thumbs+" at  http://www.cerious.com/

You can download it to try it out, but I think it is big (12Mb+)
Both PC and Mac versions available.

I used to use an earlier version of it and it was great for 
fixing up graphics, resizing, cropping etc.  Works with many 
different file formats too.

I tend to use PhotoImpact more now, just because it came free with my 
scanner. I think you can get an evaluation copy of this also from the 
Web.  Try Ulead's web site.
