[sdiy] perfboard recommendations?

I use Vector general purpose .1" x .1" grid perforated
board...

CEM-1 composite is OK but a little weak mechanically, it might
crack.

Paper Phenolic (FR-2) is a loser. Avoid

FR-4 epoxy glass is the best. Expensive... may be harder to drill
cut, etc.

I use Vector T-42 terminals to hold resistors, caps, diodes...
Sockets for all IC's. Have never had a failure of a DIY unit.
