Printing from Netscape is like trying to make love using sand as a lubricant.

Obviously you have to save the image as a file and print it from some other
program (I can only recommend Mac programs by name). I just keep increasing
the resolution of the file by logical steps until it fits on single page.
By "logical steps" I mean some integer fraction of the printer's
resolution. If for instance you're using a 600 DPI printer you can use 75,
150, 200, or 300 DPI. This way the image doesn't get undergo any weird
scaling, although with today's high resolution printers this isn't as
noticeable as it was back in the good 'ol days.

If it's a really huge image (like the Oberheim SEM schematic) I have an 11
x 17 printer handy. But I have tiled, taped, and photocopied onto 11 x 17
in the past.
