[sdiy] Small Resistors and slider pots

Hi all,

I think sliders (opposed to rotary knobs) only make sense if you want to
change several parameters at once and in sync. Like on a mixing console,
when you want to fade out several channels at once.

Thinking of it, this makes sense on an ADSR too. Changing all rates by
the same amount can be useful. The S pot had to be separate from the ADR sliders.
