[sdiy] Small Resistors and slider pots

One's hand, finger, whatever. I still don't like slide pots. 
For the record, the slide pots I regularly use are a part of 
my Roland System 100 M modules. It's not too bad for things 
like cutoff frequency, but trying to tune a VCO from an 
external voltage is awkward.
