[sdiy] Small Resistors and slider pots

The reason that I am atracted to sliders is that I learned about
synthesis on a Roland System 100 (a whole wall of it at Arizona State
University), and it was all built with slide pots. plus I like the
graphic representation afforded by the use of sliders in ADSRs.
