[sdiy] Small Resistors and slider pots

the best adsr control layout would have to be the GSX-1 memory controller 
(as shown in the Gordon Reid article in Sound on sound last year).  the 
level slider were vertical, & the time sliders were horizontal.  takes up 
more space but easy to work out at a moments notice.
