[sdiy] EML Sample & Hold Circuit

I was going over the EML-101 schematics, and I was a little
interested in trying to clone the sample and hold circuit. It seems
quite basic, made discreetly out of transistors and FETS, though I'm
having trouble working out what some of these transistors are,
hopefully so I can rebuild it with common parts. Excluding the clock
circuitry (I just want a trigger input), it uses 4 transistors and 2
FETS, then just resistors, caps and a diode, easy, yes indeed, thats
why she seems inviting to build. These are the parts I'm unsure
about, and what would make a valid replacement;

FETS::

E112
E202

Transistors::

A20
A70

I don't have a scanner, but I took two shots of the schematic (which
covers it all) with a digital camera. If anyone would like me to send
them the pictures, maybe they could redraw it and make it available
on their site, any takers?

Seeya
