[sdiy] #3 Standard WoggleBug

There is nothing from Bjorn schematics which is used in the WoggleBug. Just
the tip that it is possible to combine the sawtooths, for which he is
credited. The actual method used is different from his an no other circuitry
is duplicated. If he is pissed at anybody, it is not me.
