You got quite a mixture. The parts in the epoxy packages are
probably pretty new. If you got them in the 60's, they were probably
pretty contemporary at the time. The metal cans with the pinched tops
are most likely 50's transistors. Somewhere I have , or at least had, a
fairly complete list of transistors made from the 50's to 60's that tell
what they are.
