Simply replace the pot. It's panel mounted, so anything with the right value
that fits into the hole will do. As for value, I remember it was pretty low,
like 1k or 2.5k . Measure it, get a linear pot of the same value, and
everything
should be ok. (I did this once on one of my Performers.)
