    Just got the latest Future-Active catalog.  There are a few things
in there that might be of interest to Synth-DIYers.

    J108 nfet Rds on = 8 ohms....$0.40
    J111 nfet Rds on = 30 ohms..$0.32 (this part is the same chip as the
2n4391, and a lot cheaper)
    U401 dual matched Jfet.........$7.90
    J174 pfet Rds on = 85 ohms..$0.28

    Those are all unit quantity prices.
