Time for new uP

    I chose the AVR for just the reason that the instruction set is more like
Motorolla than the PIC.  At my age, I try to learn as little as possible.  I have
done a little with the PIC, they are neat chips, but I don't like the instruction
set.  I have never used the 68HC11, but I did do some 6800 stuff, and LOTs of 6502
(and lots of 68K, but that is a whole other ball of wax).  The AVR made me feel at
home.
