RV: Oberheim Ob-8

 I have bought an Oberheim Ob-8 for a quite good price.
 It has 2 main problems:

 a) The keys are dirty, so many of them doesn't sound at the first touch.
I'm
 new on repairing keys, so I don't know how to detach them from the unit and
 how to fix the problem.

I think I could manage to do a) (Thank you Tony Clark), but I want to know
more about b).

 b) I press the auto-tune button and it seems that the #1 voice can not be
 calibrated, so following the user's manual instructions thar voice is
 shutted off (and I have only a 7 keys poliphony). If that happens, how can
I
 begin to try to solve this?

 I have both, the users manual and the repair manual.

 The software revision is C-6, can you tell me something of this. I would
 appreciate any data you can give me.
