When I started this thread, I wasn't looking for 1/f noise in 
the audio band at all, I was wanting it in the LFO refgion
& I was hoping that audio band techniques might be extendible.

I can assure people that when you are using a LFO noise source,
 it matters a great deal what the spectrum is like.
