SPDIF or AES/Ebu interface

This has been discussed on list before... and a URL was given for the company
involved. I forgot who it was... I thought it was pretty... er... wacky ???

But they used a linear DAC ladder and switching, and fed it into a tube buffer
amp.
That what you're looking for ???
