Parts in Germany

Hello!
I'm new on this list, I have no experience in making/producing hardware.
I am looking for a distributer in Germany where I can get all the necessary
parts that I will need to build a little FX (distortion) box. So where
should
I buy the PC-board, soldering kit, transistors, Led's, ...etc.
I live near Leipzig and Dresden in "East-" Germany.
Hope somebody can help me!
