Only problem is that the NE5517 is not a replacement for the LM13600.
You can use the 5517 in circuits that work with the 13700, but not in
circuits thar rely on the 13600's tracking buffer bias current.
The 5517 is a nice chip, but just don't be disappointed if it doesn't work
in some 13600-based circuits.
