CEM3374 data sheet

I picked up one of the CEM3374 dual VCO's from Synthesis Technology and
downloaded the datasheet on the site there, but it is a very abbreviated
one.  The text mentions three types of sync but does not show how to do
hard sync.  I also want to do FM, which I assume can be accomplished by
feeding the FM signal in to the reference current.
Does anyone have a more complete datasheet, or have worked out how to do
hard sync and FM with this chip?
