I have an old semiconductor replacement book (from 1983) that lists the
TZ81 -- supposedly equivalent to MPS3904, silicon NPN;
350 mW,  60 vcbo, 40 vceo, 6 vebo, Ic max = 200ma.

Don't know how accurate this book is;  hope it's some help.
