Noisy sliders....

I'm new to this list, so this may not be under the usual realm of questions, 
but here it is anyway...
I have a Concertmate mg-1, and it has recently developed a few noisy 
sliders. I know there is a way to fix this, but I don't know how to. Any 
help would be greatly appriciated!
