The file size is probably not the problem, 346KB is "not" big.

I can't download your files, however I have no trouble downloading similar
gifs from other sources.
At least in my case it is not a "file to big to display problem", instead
the file doesn't make it to my computer at all!
Filesize: 0Kb.

You might want to try I-drive / X-drive or similar, these are free providers
of online disk space.
Seems to work well for charring this kind of "big" GIFs.
