That would verify my suspisoucnes more or less.
,btw i found out that the 1S1555TP has equvivalents in:
BA147/50 BA187/88/89/90 1N5606-9 SERIES.

The 2SC945 has:
BC174,BC182, BC190, BC546 SERIES.

The 2SA733 HAS:
BC212, BC257, BC307, BC557 SERIES

Any data papers?
