First result from weekend building:

-5V and -10V rails (between which my CCO is oscillating) both spiky,
despite 10uF + 100nF across the rails.
But *no* measurable spikes on GND, -15V or +15V. I guess the concept
works (Local regulation with LM358 for each VCO). Schemos soon.
