kobol osc. core now too (and they both work this time;)

 I redrew the Kobol oscillator core now too. I replaced the exponential
converter in the actual Kobol with the one from the SEM as they were
pretty similar and the Kobol used a 726. The oscillator core itself is a
total rip off of the Obie, but they did use a TL08_ insted of a 2 FETs
and a PNP, that's kind nice.
