sh-101 calibration

does anyone else have this problem w/ their 101:
the ADSR envelope sliders are super sensitive at the 
minimum setting, and then basically do nothing past about the 
2nd notch.... (about 1/5) of the way up the slider.

im thinking i need to recalibrate the synth.  i recall 
coming across a posting or website that documents 
how to recalibrate an sh101, but i cant find it anymore..

anyone have any leads ?
