R.A. Moog schematics

I uploaded these files to a different web host, they are now at:

This didn't change anything, I can still only retrieve the files with
Netscape 4.7, which makes me think there is a problem with the file format.
 I used Corel Photo-paint 8.0 to convert these to .gif format from the .bmp
file format they were edited in.  I also tried using Corel Photo-paint 3.0.
 Does anyone have a suggestion on this?  Maybe use .tif or .pcx?  I know
this subject was discussed a few months back, but I don't recall that a
concensus was reached regarding the optimum means of transferring drawing
files across the net.
