I have been ringing them and the area sales reps for about 9 months.
I got sent an april 99 edition in march this year (good eh?) and several CDs
none of which have pictures on , useless.
I lost my rag with the woman last week and got nowhere.
I phone up pretending to my company and had full set the next day, odd isnt
it
after being told for 8 months they had problems with the printers, out of
stock, new
one due out soon, etc,etc..

Pathetic, when I get into R&D for a big company I wont buy a single thing
from them,
if they dont want my buisness now, they'll never have it.
