19" Rack panels for DIY synths?

    At one time (not very long ago, infact, the thought still keeps coming up),
I considered using the 19" panels, except I would mount them vertically.  They
are awful big though.

    I prefer just to take a big panel and lay out a bunch of modules on that.
The panel I am doing right now is something like 22" x 19".  (not exact, I can't
remember how many U that is.
