Hi Paul and all,

I hadn't got my catalogue either... so I rang them up and asked them for
one. The operator was very helpful, and promised to see what she could
do. She said they had run out of catalogues and CDs and that priority
was given to account holders. However, other people would be put into a
queue. Not entirely satisfied with this... I do a lot of orders with
them but by VISA not account... I also told her about the terrible
problems with the website.

This morning the whole set of catalogues arrived by UPS.

Ring them again Paul (and others) persistence may be the key here.
