Has anyone here tried the data sheet service available at this URL?

It's supposed to have *lots* of the hard to find items listed, even things
that are no longer listed in the original manufacturers publications. The
data originally came from some sort of exclusive and very expensive
semiconductor industry reference that has recently been made available
on-line for free.
