Why not get some standard aluminium profiles and some aluminium sheeting
and D-I-Y? Aluminium is easy to work, drill, bend. Simply bolt your PCB onto
an alu sheet (1, 1.5 mm) at a distance of 5 mm or so. Alu U-profile around
it, another sheet on top and there's your box.
Look in the yellow pages for aluminium suppliers, usually they have a machine
to cut sheets of aluminium to measure, and even a saw to cut alu profile to measure,
possibly they can saw at 45 degrees angles. So, if you make a list of the
bits you need they may be help you easily.
