Cap Values

Howdy, I am building a filter Module and aquiring the needed components
from Mouser.  On my parts list the Capcitors are given values that I don
not understand and was wondering if someone could shed some light for me.

Cap Values as seen on the list:
C1,2 - 470/35 (2)
C3,4,15,18 - 10/35 (3)
C5,6,9,12,14,19 - 0.1 (8)
C7,13 - 22/16 (2)
C8 - 220/16 (1)
C16,20 - .01 (2)
C17 - 100/35 (1)

This is from a Tom G filter, actualy number 2e, so if anyone knows what
type of caps these are I would be forever in debt %^)

PS. I am also building a VCO that calls for either a heater option or a
tempco, What are the pros and cons of each option, which is easier for a
"not so professionaly skilled" builder to work with?
