Well, then buy thin aluminium sheets, 0.5 mm or so,
bend them using your kitchen table and bolt your PCB
on the inside. Strengthen with alu profile where and
if necessary. Works with iron sheet material too, of course,
but thats far more difficult to work, drill holes in etc.
Make sure you dull sharp edges.
