JS,
The ASMVCO will go upto about 600Khz, though its will need some HF comp
adding.
I built a VCO useing an LM13600 (IIRC, though it could've been a 13700) it
works upto about
1Mhz but it needs some temperature stabilizing in.. take a look in the
modulus pages, its the VCO
for the PPGVCO module (http://www.wavesynth.com/modulus).

Subject: Wanted:High freq osc
does anybody know where a good schematic for a high frequency VCO (200 or
400Hz - up to 400Khz) that still tracks at 1V/oct would be found. I need
something about 10X or 20X the audio range.
