I havent got it from anywhere besides my own brain and the starting idea 
from National semiconductor LM13600 single OTA osc app!!
Besides that its an old MAS module that i never bothered to
published until now!!! Is there anything wrong in publishing
old designs?

Im not really shure what you are hinting at here, but my
only copyright notice in this is just for that particullarly
set up and the syncronisation part.

Im absolutely convinced that the basic design with a OP as
comparator is nothing new at all, nor are juergens or yours etc!

What ìs it you actually are flagging at?
