They probably are reilics from a time when a typical audio power amplifier
had two
audio transformers: one to drive the two pnp transistors with phase inverted
signals,
and one to drive the speaker much as you would have done with tubes.

BTW, I have not double checked, but some of the listed AC devices look like
(small) power transistors, too. 

www.reichelt.de had a range of Ge transistors as well, last time I checked.
