Spice Gurus ?

Hello All,

sometimes i have read from various list members that they do some
circuit simulations in Spice.

The idea of simulation some ideas (ideally at work, before i get home
to actually build some stuff, hehehe...) has sounded quite attractive to
me. So i downloaded the "Student Edition" of Orcad 9 from their site,
and began to poke around.

Now some questions:

1. Somebody has recently talked about testing a filter he made, and that
it sounded interesting. How do you get the pspice output to your
   speakers ?

2. Sadly the demo does contain only a small library, no tubes at all. So i got the
tube models from the Ducan-Amps site, created a *.lib file, and made the
*.olb file from that. Now, when i make a circuit with say an 12AX7, i get the
message "ERROR -- Subcircuit 12AX7 used by X_U4 is undefined".
In the library it is defined; i was able to add the part through the normal
   parts/library selection dialogue

3. The demo is restricted to 10 transistors, and no audio input as stimulus.
Is there any Spice version (free, of course) without such crippling ?
All PC windows versions i have seen do have this limit, though.

4. I hate the OrCad UI. Don´t know if it is just that i am used to eagle, but personally
i find it really annoying. Is there any possibility to output files from eagle so
   i could spice them ?

TIA !
