Email them and ask then nicely, though dont hold your breath..

I think its some kinda logic chip..
I use the CodeVision compiler, its great and I use the 90s8515..
Take a look at my monowave  that has 2 1200's and one 8515.
My modular has a 4 channel midi>CV useing an 8515 too
