Atmel ISP cable schematic

Hi,

I'm looking for the schematic of the Atmel ISP cable for the parallel port,
included for example in the STK200 development kit.

I already made a cable and wrote software to program the Atmel AT89S53 (for
a MIDI-CV converter project), but now I want to use the CodeVision AVR C
compiler together with the Atmel AT90S2333 for a MIDI controller project.
The CodeVision software supports the Atmel STK200 kit with the parallel port
ISP cable and I like to know what parallel port pins they used to make my
old cable compatible with that one.
