Seeking DR envelope ideas

I'd like to add an envelope with nothing more than decay and release control to my velocity
sensitive VCA CV. I can find ideas for release in simple AR envelope designs but so far I'm
lost on the decay part. Here's part of the circuit:

I hope this asci art is readable, if not you could try viewing it with a fixed width
font like Fixedsys in MS Windows. If anyone has any ideas they could share I'd be
grateful.
