This mortal coil

Surprizing you haven't heard of them.  They were on the infamous 4ad label
and it isn't actually a band. This mortal coil has done 3 albums.  What and
who they actually are is this.  Ivo - the head of 4ad - would get various
members of different bands on the label to collaborate on songs.  He then
released this work as This Mortal Coil.  So if you pick up a T.M.C. album,
each song is usually written and performed by completely different people.
Most of it is really beautiful stuff - definitely worth checking out.  All
three albums have at least 3 songs that make the whole thing worth buying.
There was also a box set available at one time with all of the T.M.C. works.
Anyway...

                   1) It'll end in tears
                   2) Filigree and shadow
                   3) Blood
