This manifests one of the oldest rules in the game:

When you get a measure result, veryify carefully the means of measurement.

Naturally, I see this rule being broken on a regular basis at work and
I get called in for the reality check. This way I get to see many
people look very stupid on a regular basis too, but that's naturally
another story.
