You've prob already know but besides JH nice design there are
some more discrete designs: TomG's at xavax,

and there was roland discrete vcadsr in JP4 or ProMars
(I belive it's online somewhere, hyperreal?).

there's also moog source with analog integrators contolled
by mpc.

I think korg PS series used some sort of vcadsrs also
