Horrid! ;)

Actually, this solution is basically equalent to forcing the cap to
some value, like discharging it prior to starting the attack
phase. The end-reslut will be a pop. 

I think Tony was talking about this...

Oh, we where sitting and lying around the OB-8 schematics there in
Paul's playroom.
